The da Vinci surgical system is a minimally invasive option for patients facing surgery. With the da Vinci system, surgeons make just a few small incisions - similar to traditional laparoscopy.
With special imaging technology the da Vinci System allows doctors to identify sentinel lymph nodes.
In some cases, dye is injected into the cervix before surgery. During surgery Firefly is used to identify the lymph node know as the sentinel lymph node. In the case below the lymph node was positive for malignant cells.
Our mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care, patient centered care in order to optimize the outcome for the patient.
